Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6:
These sections provide essential details similar to other platforms like Zillow, helping you understand the key aspects of the property.

A key distinction to note is between the “Leasing Property” (Section 4) and the “Entire Place” (Section 10). For instance, the entire place may be a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, but the landlord is only renting a 1-bedroom unit. In this case, focus on the “Leasing Property” for accurate rental details. If you notice inconsistencies between these sections, always rely on the “Leasing Property.”

Unique Features of RentalBuddy

Buddy Connect (Section 3):
One of RentalBuddy’s standout features, Buddy Connect, allows potential renters of the same property to interact. By clicking the “+” button, you join a group chat with other interested renters, encouraging transparency and easy communication.

Message & Schedule Buttons (Section 14):
These buttons provide direct communication with the landlord. The “Message” button opens a private chat, while the “Schedule” button allows you to request a tour. If a tour is already scheduled, the button will show “Scheduled,” displaying the tour’s details and preventing additional bookings for the same time.

Combo Match (Section 7):
Combo Match helps you quickly assess availability. If a room is labeled “Occupied,” that specific room within the property is not available for rent.
