Fan Chen
Fan Chen is the founder of Rental Buddy, driven by a passion to revolutionize the rental industry through AI. With experience from Google, Meta, Samsung, and SmartNews, Fan brings extensive industry knowledge. She holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University, specializing in recommendation and advertising systems.
Fan's goal is to positively impact the rental market, believing in AI's potential to enhance daily life. Her experience in both corporate and startup settings gives her a unique perspective, aligning business objectives with technological advancements. Fan's dedication to leveraging AI and her business expertise make her an invaluable asset to Rental Buddy.
Fan Yang
With a Master's in Software Engineering from USTC University, Fan has deep expertise in backend development, AI, and recommendation systems.
Fan's impressive career includes senior roles in software engineering and machine learning at SmartNews and Zhihu, where he contributed significantly to Zhihu's growth from its early stages to a successful IPO. His extensive experience in both corporate and startup environments ensures that Rental Buddy's platform is both functional and innovative.
